A New York funding group has acquired Irvine tech equipment firm Incipio LLC and its portfolio of manufacturers and licenses.
Armor Acquisition LLC paid an undisclosed sum for Incipio, Incase, Survivor and Griffin, along with the licenses to make cellphone and AirPod instances, laptop computer sleeves and different tech equipment below the Kate Spade and Coach manufacturers.
The manufacturers now function below the brand new entity Vinci Brands LLC.
Irvine swim and attire model Tavik had at one time been a part of the Incipio Group after the equipment agency purchased the label in 2012.
Brian Stech, who was named Incipio Group CEO in 2019, is now CEO of Vinci Brands.
